The name Black Vinyl refers to the durable and flexible material used for the outer casing. Most OEM manufacturers use a stainless steel inner cable wound in a spiral to provide both durability and flexibility. Both ProX and Motion Pro Black Vinyl feature the same type of braided inner cable and are pre-lubricated to reduce friction and provide a smoother feel at the throttle.
