Problem: The TAC fork came to the market with great anticipation as the answer for the problems riders had with the KYB PSF. What the riders discovered was that the TAC fork was very high friction and hyper-progressive. It did not suffer from a weak mid-stroke like the KYB PSF but, it was worse overall in feel and performance. The final issue was managing all 3 pressure regions.
Solution: We designed updates to our spring side conversion and designed a new 49mm compatible 45mm OD fork spring. On the cartridge side we do a revalve and then install our Huck Valve technology. The result is a super smooth and linear fork with great feel.
Needs a single spring from the KT45-660-xx series.
